In simple terms that means if we collect information from you it is because we feel it is required for the application or service to function effectively or provides a better experience for you. We do not sell or share any personally identifying information we collect from you unless required by law or unless we receive your consent. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is Kidd Coding LLC's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through any of our apps or kiddcoding.com. This privacy policy covers all of Kidd Coding LLC’s applications and kiddcoding.com unless an individual application has a different privacy policy published on kiddcoding.com in which case the application or website specific policy either augments or supersedes this policy.
We only ask for personally identifying information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
Kidd Coding LLC applications without an application specific privacy policy do not request personally identifiable information. Certain applications may allow input (for example the “name” of players in a game) which may be saved to the user’s device. Unless otherwise indicated in an application specific privacy policy, none of this information is shared with Kidd Coding LLC.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law or with your consent.
Our app may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
